Crm Marketing Lead

As CRM Marketing Lead, you will take full ownership of our CRM strategy and execution across both employer partners (B2B) and employees (B2C), ensuring every touchpoint drives meaningful engagement and measurable outcomes.

 

For B2B, our job is to educate potential partners on the value of financial wellbeing, supporting our sales and customer success functions. In B2C, you will help to give users timely information and match them with financial products that help them achieve their goals.

 

Your core responsibility will be building and optimising engaging customer journeys to contribute to conversion of new B2B partners and B2C conversion:

 

  • CRM strategy and execution - Own and execute the CRM roadmap across all customer lifecycle stages, planning campaigns and automations using data, segmentation and customer insights and leading reporting to the wider business on campaign efficacy.
  • Data-driven optimisation - Develop deep customer understanding to design compelling user journeys, applying hypothesis-driven testing and CRM platform expertise (we use Hubspot and Emarsys) with a data-driven mindset for wrangling data.
  • Cross-functional project owner - Partner closely with product, sales, data and customer success teams to understand their challenges and build automations and campaigns that support their goals

 

The right person

 

You'll be a data-driven marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution:

 

  • 4+ years in CRM roles - with demonstrable experience designing and executing impactful end-to-end customer journeys across B2B and B2C
  • CRM platform expertise - deep experience with marketing automation platforms (We use Hubspot and EMarsys)
  • Data-driven and analytical - comfortable data wrangling in Excel, with SQL skills a strong plus
  • Test-and-learn mindset - a hypothesis-driven approach to campaign optimisation
  • Customer insight champion - able to translate customer understanding into compelling and engaging journeys
  • Content-savvy – You know what good content looks like, can work with creatives to get exactly what you need and can even suggest copy in a pinch
  • High-agency self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments
