Customer Advisor

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Assist the Sales team in managing customer enquiries, requests, and orders.

▪ Process invoices and appros/memos where required, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

▪ Providing exceptional customer service; develop and nurture client relationships.

▪ Maintain and update Customer Database, ensuring accurate and up to date information.

▪ Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.

▪ Lead logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments to track and co-ordinate product shipments.

▪ General upkeep of the office.

 

Mandatory Job Requirements:

▪ A background in the jewellery industry with at least 2 trade references.

▪ Working knowledge in natural or lab-grown diamonds; candidates should comfortably able to loupe

diamonds to verify inscriptions.

▪ The ability to sieve and gauge melee diamonds with efficiency.
