Description:

As a Customer Assistant, you will play a key role in picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for timely delivery or collection. This position requires working in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities, all designed to keep operations smooth and provide customers with the best shopping experience.

Beyond online order fulfilment, you may also support other areas of the store, including Replenishment and Customer Service, making this a versatile and engaging role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept customer orders through in-store technology.

• Locate, select, and pack the correct products with accuracy and care.

• Work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines.

• Support other store functions such as stock replenishment and customer service when required.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following established processes.

• Provide excellent service and support to customers when interacting in-store.
