Customer Development Manager

 

Description:

Britvic plc, in collaboration with Carlsberg to form Carlsberg Britvic, is seeking a driven and proactive Customer Development Manager to join their on-site team in England. This is a strategic opportunity to work at the forefront of a newly integrated beverage leader, combining the strengths of both Carlsberg’s and Britvic’s UK operations.

In this role, you will be pivotal in managing and growing relationships with members of the Unitas buying group, ensuring effective execution of brand plans and unlocking new avenues for growth. Reporting directly to the Unitas National Customer Development Manager, the successful candidate will operate with autonomy, leveraging cross-functional capabilities to deliver exceptional commercial results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain influential relationships across internal teams and Unitas stakeholders.

  • Implement national strategies around pricing, promotions, and brand positioning across online, depot, and retail outlets.

  • Identify, develop, and execute local growth opportunities tailored to Unitas member needs.

  • Participate actively in Unitas account operations, including P&L oversight and sales forecasting.

  • Ensure Britvic’s interests are optimized through structured account management and consistent execution excellence.
