This is a face-to-face sales position where you’ll meet customers directly at local events and venues, showcase brand promotions, and convert interest into successful sales. It’s a fast-moving role for someone who enjoys working towards targets, building rapport, and representing quality brands with pride.

 

Customer Engagement & Sales Assistant Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers in person at events, exhibitions, and retail promotions across the Swindon area.
  • Proactively approach and qualify leads through open conversation and product demonstrations.
  • Present product benefits, pricing, and limited-time offers in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Close sales confidently while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily sales activity and performance metrics.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales techniques and campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets.
