Customer Engagement & Sales Assistant Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers in person at events, exhibitions, and retail promotions across the Swindon area.
- Proactively approach and qualify leads through open conversation and product demonstrations.
- Present product benefits, pricing, and limited-time offers in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Close sales confidently while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activity and performance metrics.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales techniques and campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets.
