You will liaise with internal teams, third-party suppliers, and Maersk offices across the globe, building strong client relationships and contributing to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-class customer service to clients in line with company procedures and policies.

  • Liaise with third-party suppliers and other Maersk offices worldwide to ensure smooth operations.

  • Process documentation accurately and within deadlines.

  • Generate and present internal and client reports, including KPI reporting.

  • Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Build a strong understanding of clients’ businesses to assist in problem-solving.

  • Proactively identify and suggest solutions for supply chain challenges.

  • Participate in supply chain management project teams and client meetings.

  • Support in ad hoc projects and other business tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence.

  • Previous logistics or supply chain experience (advantageous but not essential).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to propose effective solutions.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Excellent communication skills, strong telephone manner, and customer-oriented approach.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
