You will liaise with internal teams, third-party suppliers, and Maersk offices across the globe, building strong client relationships and contributing to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver first-class customer service to clients in line with company procedures and policies.
Liaise with third-party suppliers and other Maersk offices worldwide to ensure smooth operations.
Process documentation accurately and within deadlines.
Generate and present internal and client reports, including KPI reporting.
Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
Build a strong understanding of clients’ businesses to assist in problem-solving.
Proactively identify and suggest solutions for supply chain challenges.
Participate in supply chain management project teams and client meetings.
Support in ad hoc projects and other business tasks as required.
Requirements:
Passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Previous logistics or supply chain experience (advantageous but not essential).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to propose effective solutions.
Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, strong telephone manner, and customer-oriented approach.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
