Customer & Operations Coordinator

MJP Electrical is looking for a Customer & Operations Coordinator to help keep our customers looked after and our engineers’ days running smoothly.

📍 Bristol
🗓️ Three days per week
📈 Potential to progress to full-time as the role and business develop

You’ll be right at the heart of the business:

• Speaking with customers and helping turn enquiries into booked work.
• Organising appointments and supporting our engineers.
• Following up quotations and keeping customers informed.
• Helping resolve problems and spotting ways we can improve.

We’re looking for someone who’s warm, organised and proactive—someone who follows through, takes ownership and cares about doing a good job.

Your experience could come from customer service, office administration, hospitality, scheduling or another busy, people-focused role. If you’re comfortable speaking to people, confident using computer systems and keen to learn, let’s have a conversation.
