Customer Relations Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for passionate and experienced customer-minded people to join our Customer Relations team on a part-time basis working 12 hours a week.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who is confident in approaching customers and treats them in a polite and friendly manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, and an eagerness to learn, and be a natural team player.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is important as you will be working with customers in our After Sales, Click & Collect and Returns department, as well as our Check Outs.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
We have options in our Customer Check Outs and also Returns and After-Sales. You will aim to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time.
 

• You provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in various areas of the store.
• You ensure that payments are handled in a reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly way.
• You build loyalty by ensuring customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
• You will look after our Click and Collect service by checking orders are accurately picked and delivering goods to customers in the car park.
