Description:
Due to continual growth, Biomarsh Environmental are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our busy customer service department. Any previous knowledge or experience working in the liquid waste industry would be an advantage but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Process customer orders accurately, verifying details, coordinating with relevant departments
- Provide administrative support to the customer service and operations team
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to customers and team members
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with customers at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a busy department
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Problem-solving mindset
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and work well under pressure
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service
