Customer Service Administrator

 

Description:

Due to continual growth, Biomarsh Environmental are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our busy customer service department. Any previous knowledge or experience working in the liquid waste industry would be an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Process customer orders accurately, verifying details, coordinating with relevant departments
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service and operations team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to customers and team members
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with customers at all times

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a busy department
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and work well under pressure
  • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service
