Due to an internal promotion, we have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our fantastic Team here at Peterborough Audi.

As a Vindis Customer Service Advisor, you will provide an outstanding customer experience and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.

As a highly effective communicator you will be able to give the best advice and guidance to a wide range of customers and professionally present additional value-added products and services, all whilst actively contributing towards the Vindis Group aims and values.
