Customer Service Advisor

Description:

To support our Bodyshop we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who has Customer service skills, excellent computer literacy skills and a Full UK Driving Licence.

We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want you to be a part of it!

The role will include, but is not limited to the following:

• Inspecting vehicles and assessing damage; taking clear photos throughout
• Administrative duties, including liaising with customers and updating them
• Logistical planning and transport planning
• Occasional driving to collect/drop off vehicles

What are we looking for?

• Full Driving Licence
• Excellent computer literacy
• Customer service skills
• Experience of logistics (not essential)
