Customer Service Advisor

 

Description:

This role will see you carry out administrative tasks such as; Process orders, make up internal files and quotations, prepare labelling, generate invoices, liase with couriers, Answer the telephone, handle/record enquiries, and oversee documents.

 

The Candidate:

  • Experience within a GMP setting
  • Administrative experience
  • Preferred experience with Oracle (or something similar)
  • Microsoft 365 experience
