We're partnering with a growing business in Knutsford to find a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with people, is highly organised, and wants a role that blends customer care with hands-on fulfilment.

You'll play a key role in making sure customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and with the personal touch the business is known for.
 

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

    • Picking, packing, and dispatching online orders quickly and accurately
    • Helping to receive and organise incoming e-commerce stock
    • Communicating with customers via email, phone, and live chat
    • Keeping the workspace safe, clean, and organised
    • Supporting with courier queries, returns, and exchanges
    • Working with the store and buying teams on stock availability
    • Assisting with regular stock checks and reconciliations

      • A friendly, positive people-person with great communication skills
      • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
      • Confident using basic computer systems (training provided)
      • Organised, reliable, and a strong team player
      • Experience with Shopify or Shiptheory is a bonus, but not essential
