Description:
EC Markets, an established and regulated global broker specializing in CFDs, Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks, and Cryptocurrencies, is hiring on-site FX / CFD Customer Service Agents for their office in City of London. This role is ideal for recent university graduates looking to kick-start their careers in the financial services industry. You will be supporting clients across multiple regulated jurisdictions, addressing client queries, and assisting with trading disputes. The company is seeking driven, ambitious individuals who are fluent in Hindi, Thai, or Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Address client and partner (IB & affiliate) inquiries, disputes, and complaints promptly.
Support the sales and business development teams in regional offices.
Investigate trading disputes and minimize company exposure.
Guide clients through the onboarding process to ensure smooth user experiences.
Assist clients and partners with completing KYC requirements.
Promote updates and messages to clients during interactions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain ethical communication.
Help with the onboarding and training of new support staff.
Candidate Profile:
Fluency in Hindi, Thai, or Spanish (native or fluent level) and advanced English skills are required.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and problem-solving.
Comfortable with proactive, soft-sales communication.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to succeed.
Willingness to work in designated shift hours:
Hindi, Thai: Early morning shifts (06:00 or 07:00 AM to 15:00 or 16:00 PM)
Spanish (LATAM support): Afternoon shifts (2:00 or 3:00 PM to 10:00 or 11:00 PM)
Recent graduates with a strong interest in finance and trading are encouraged to apply.
