The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone call, emails and webchat
  • Processing customer bookings, by telephone and email in line with company processes
  • Accurately input data onto Halo’s internal systems
  • Manage booking volumes to support all sites throughout the business.
