Due to DDC Outsourcing Solutions being a growing business, we have some amazing opportunities for you join our business. You will be part of a team delivering brilliant customer service and meeting targets with the opportunity to earn more on our incentive program.

Start Date: 18 October 2021

What You’ll Do

39 hours contracted working hours per week.

Three-week rotating shift pattern:

Week 1 08:00-16:30 Week 2 10:00-18:30 Week 3 13:30-22:00 (late shift supplement of £25 per day, when working until 22:00)

You will be required to work between Monday and Sunday, plus 2-3 bank holidays throughout the year (with a day off in lieu).

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from customers and couriers.
  • Navigate various systems to assist query resolution.
  • Work with Team Managers to constantly improve performance which is measured via KPIs – AHT.
  • Provide quality Customer Service.

  • A high standard of verbal and written English.
  • IT Literate – Web-based applications, MS Office.
  • Teamwork and supporting others.
  • Quiet secluded space with suitable broadband (where home work is applicable)

What Are Your Key Skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced, inbound contact centre environment.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Passing Grade at GCSE (equivalent or higher) in English.
  • Experience in online retail or logistics is advantageous.
  • Problem solver

Where You’ll Work

Should you be successful, you will be predominately working from home; however you will be required to attend our Corby office for two weeks training and then as and when requested for further training/upskilling etc. Therefore, you will live within a reasonable distance from Corby.
