As we continue to grow our global boutique network, we’re looking for a highly organised, relationship-driven individual to join us as our Customer Service & Wholesale Accounts Manager.

Employment Type: Part-time (4-5 Days per week 10-3 or as otherwise agreed) Location: Hybrid (office-based with some flexibility around remote working. In-person showroom and exhibition attendance as needed) Reporting To: Dual Reporting: Founder & COO

This role is pivotal in building and sustaining global stockist relationships that reflect the elegance and excellence of the Josephine Scott brand.
Role Purpose This is a commercially-focused and relationship-driven role designed to manage all aspects of our wholesale partnerships. You will be the key liaison between the brand and its global stockists, ensuring smooth ordering cycles, accurate reporting, and best-in-class service. Your work will directly contribute to the brand’s international expansion and reputation among boutique partners.
