Description:
First and foremost, these are guest facing roles to support and engage with customers, offering an outstanding experience to each visitor via excellent customer service. Working as an Admissions & River Cruise Host, you could find yourself working on the tills, checking tickets, selling goodies at our various retail outlets and actively upselling at every opportunity.
You’ll find yourself helping customers as they make their way throughout the attraction. The London Eye gets extremely lively, so you’ll do this through high levels of interaction and a great sense of fun.
We have a variety of contracts available, from 30 hours per week to 10 hours per week and also weekend only contracts. Flexibility is needed as the attraction is open daily, so shifts will include weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
