This role has heaps of variety to keep you interested, no two days are the same, from welcoming guests at our turnstiles to being guest obsessed in one of our ticket offices or working in the main control room.

You will be one of the first and last that a guest will encounter so it’s your job to make a fantastic impression for our guests. The role involves queue coordination, annual pass checks, cash handling, dealing with customer queries and receiving radio calls. All aspects of ensuring guests have a smooth, efficient, and memorable day at the castle.

This is a seasonal contract. Flexibility is needed as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience
 

  • You'll have loads of experience working in a customer facing environment
  • A welcoming personality
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Fun, multifaceted, and friendly personality
  • Good eye for detail
  • Confident working on your own and as part of a team
