Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check-in customers at reception

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries

• Identify and respond to upselling opportunities

• Host children’s parties and manage entertainment rooms such as the Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, and Karaoke Rooms

• Deliver food and drinks to bowling lanes

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the centre

• Demonstrate excellent service and teamwork across all departments

Skills & Requirements:

• Enthusiastic, approachable, and team-oriented personality

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy setting

• No prior experience necessary—training will be provided
