Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing guests, via communication channels (live chat, telephone, and email). Every guest is different, so you’ll identify each guests’ individual needs, making sure to clarify information, research every issue, and provide a first response resolution.
You must be reasonably located to commute to Chertsey. This is a seasonal role, contracted until the end of November with the possibility of becoming permanent. Full-time (32.5) hours offered, from 0900 – 16:30. Due to the 7-day nature of the business this may include occasional weekends and bank holidays as required.
