Customer Service Executive

 

Description:

BettingJobs are working closely with an established Welsh online betting company. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their growing team in Cardiff.

 

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of providing top of the bill customer support to our loyal customer base

• Responsibility for taking action on daily issues in systems, sites, procedures, campaigns, and products – and escalating appropriately

• You will work closely with the compliance team and also be involved with RG, AML and KYC checks

• You will be actively involved in providing input for and implementing improvements to our Customer Care operations, policies and procedures

• Responsibility for assisting your direct manager with various tasks and projects for customer support and responsible gaming, including processing customer pay-outs, verification and any other issues

• Ownership of consistently meeting your quality and quantity KPIs

 

• Requirements:

• Experience working in Customer Service with a focus on being timely and responsive in your approach.

• Able to apply understanding and empathy whilst being pro-active when dealing with queries.

• Accepting of feedback and suggestions to ensure continuous improvement in our services.

• Good sporting interest and current knowledge across a range of major sports and events

• Good understanding of sports betting markets

• Good numeracy and literacy skills with strong commercial and financial awareness

• High level of speed and accuracy when typing
