Prior experience in customer service, sales, or the travel industry will be a strong advantage.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Assist customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel-related support
  • Provide clear, accurate information on travel products and services
  • Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining high service standards
  • Update and manage customer details using CRM and internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
  • Maintain compliance with service quality and data protection standards

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
