Customer Service Representative

My client is a real estate developer that build high end residential apartments, they have a portfolio of properties spread across the UK. They are now looking for a customer service representative to join the team at one of their flagship sites in London.

The successful candidate will play a key part in the team, ensuring that all the residents are looked after and receive the best customer experience possible.

Some typical duties include:

• Responding to customer queries
• Assisting with the move in and move out process
• Helping to create community events, such as movie nights and yoga classes
• Supporting with contract re-newels
