Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

The Customer Service Representative will support the customer experience strategy by providing consistent, seamless and standardised end to end process journey, utilising technologies (existing and new) to ensure a responsive service aligned to changing customer needs.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with customers using differing methods - calls, emails, and chat box functionality.
  • You will also follow agreed procedures, received, logs and process queries using a CRM tool.
  • Investigating and documenting all alleged errors made by XMA or a third party, taking appropriate action to resolve and implement preventative steps.
  • You will also be responsible for investigating, documenting and resolving all failed delivery queries reported by the courier and/customer.

 

Requirements: Customer Service Representative

This role will suit someone who is charismatic with an outgoing personality coupled with strong customer service experience in either a retail or call centre setting.

 

Additionally, you will also have experience and skills in the following:

  • Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Experience of working in a team environment with shared goals.
  • Strong communication and ability to influence.
  • Good relationship management both with internal customers, stakeholders & suppliers.
