As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the frontline of communication, helping customers with their enquiries and ensuring deliveries are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming customer calls and emails
Investigate and resolve issues related to delivery or service
Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and other departments
Maintain accurate records and update systems promptly
Provide support to the wider customer service team
Available Shifts (40 hours/week):
Wednesday – Saturday
Sunday – Wednesday
Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or supply chain
Clear communicator with a solution-focused mindset
Organized, responsive, and able to work both independently and in a team
