Description:

We are also hiring Customer Service Representatives for the same logistics client in Hull. If you’re a reliable, proactive communicator with experience in customer-facing roles, this is your chance to join a high-paced environment where no two days are the same.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the frontline of communication, helping customers with their enquiries and ensuring deliveries are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer calls and emails

  • Investigate and resolve issues related to delivery or service

  • Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and other departments

  • Maintain accurate records and update systems promptly

  • Provide support to the wider customer service team

Available Shifts (40 hours/week):

  • Wednesday – Saturday

  • Sunday – Wednesday

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or supply chain

  • Clear communicator with a solution-focused mindset

  • Organized, responsive, and able to work both independently and in a team
