Description:

Booksy, a global SaaS platform empowering beauty and wellness entrepreneurs, is hiring Customer Support Advisors for the UK Market. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for individuals who thrive on delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role involves providing proactive and empathetic support to B2B clients via chat, email, and phone.

As a front-line representative, you will play a critical part in shaping customer perceptions by resolving issues, managing queries efficiently, and offering tailored solutions that reflect Booksy’s service excellence standards. You will work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback, ensuring continuous platform improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to B2B customers across multiple channels (chat, calls, emails)

  • Identify and resolve customer issues with tailored, timely solutions

  • Log and manage all interactions accurately using CRM systems (Salesforce)

  • Act as a voice of the customer by reporting trends and product issues

  • Follow up on open conversations to ensure complete resolution

  • Maintain established response time metrics and ensure no query is left unanswered

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support or similar customer-facing roles

  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset

  • Problem-solving ability with a responsive, proactive approach

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Zowie, Admin, and Google Suite is a plus

  • Highly organized, reliable, and team-oriented
