Description:
IKEA Wembley are looking to welcome 8 new customer service & checkout assistants to join our busy and growing customer relations team.
This role is varied with no two days being the same; one minute you could be on checkouts and the next minute, you could be meeting and greeting our customers, managing a queue, hosting trolleys, or assisting customers. This is physically demanding and requires the ability to work outside.
In the IKEA world, we call this position a Customer Services & Checkout Co-worker.
Expected Starting Date: 21st October 2022
WHAT WE OFFER
16 hours working 4 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends (evenings & weekend)
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work until 10.30pm Monday-Saturday and until 6.30pm on Sundays and full weekends.
We offer permanent contracts, advanced scheduling & regular weekend off
