Description:
Forcepoint is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager for the Nordics region to manage post-sales customer relationships and ensure customer success with Forcepoint’s cybersecurity solutions. This role is responsible for delivering value, support, and advocacy to customers, starting from pre-sales through post-sales adoption. The position requires building strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and operational staff within customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts from signature to renewal
Ensure customers achieve desired outcomes and value from Forcepoint investments
Build and maintain trust and relationships at executive and technical levels
Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Professional Services, Tech Support, and Partners to drive account value and retention
Monitor customer utilization, health scores, and create action plans for at-risk accounts
Conduct regular customer meetings and account reviews
Analyze customer data to improve experience and identify expansion opportunities
Track Success KPIs in tools like Salesforce and Gainsight
Forecast renewals and expansion opportunities and manage contract renewals
Fluency in a Nordics language is required
