Customer Success Account Manager

 

Description:

Forcepoint is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager for the Nordics region to manage post-sales customer relationships and ensure customer success with Forcepoint’s cybersecurity solutions. This role is responsible for delivering value, support, and advocacy to customers, starting from pre-sales through post-sales adoption. The position requires building strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and operational staff within customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts from signature to renewal

  • Ensure customers achieve desired outcomes and value from Forcepoint investments

  • Build and maintain trust and relationships at executive and technical levels

  • Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Professional Services, Tech Support, and Partners to drive account value and retention

  • Monitor customer utilization, health scores, and create action plans for at-risk accounts

  • Conduct regular customer meetings and account reviews

  • Analyze customer data to improve experience and identify expansion opportunities

  • Track Success KPIs in tools like Salesforce and Gainsight

  • Forecast renewals and expansion opportunities and manage contract renewals

  • Fluency in a Nordics language is required
