Customer Success Manager

 

Description:

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company.
 

  • Understand clients' business objectives and how the products can help them achieve their goals.
  • Onboard new clients, providing training and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of products. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and deliver timely solutions to client requests.
  • Track and analyse client usage data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
     

Skills and Qualifications:
 

  • Minimum of 12 months years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS technology and experience working with SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and achieving results
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with CRM
