As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping long-term relationships with global clients. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be the driving force behind customer success, product engagement, and configuration excellence. You'll work directly with Activation Leads and cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience, interpret complex data, and deliver strategic reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Activation Leads to onboard new customers while learning best practices in enterprise implementations

  • Develop deep expertise in client data and configuration needs, offering tailored solutions and insights

  • Design and configure custom reports—ranging from strategic portfolio views to detailed OKR and financial tracking

  • Implement systems to monitor customer feedback and usage to drive continuous improvement

  • Prepare and deliver customer training through documentation, live sessions, and video resources

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve customer issues and influence product evolution


About You:

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to switch between complex tasks effortlessly

  • Strong communicator capable of simplifying technical concepts

  • Analytical mindset with a love for problem-solving through data


Skills and Experience Required:

Must-Haves:

  • Some experience in project management

  • Strong Excel skills; experience handling large datasets

  • Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple stakeholder expectations

Bonus Points:

  • Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university

  • Experience in consulting, PMO, or enterprise engagement

  • Knowledge of work management tools like Jira

  • Experience interacting with large enterprise clients
