The CAPSLOCK Outcomes team supports learners to identify their dream job in cyber security. This is an exciting position where no two days will ever be the same. You will work with learners to provide career information and advice, as well as connect learners with employers who are looking to hire their skills. You will be supported by an inclusive and diverse team working in an outcomes-based environment where everything is focused on giving our learners the best opportunity to succeed. You will be doing this working remotely from your chosen office space.
What you will do
- Provide 1-to-1 career support to enrolled CAPSLOCK learners. This could include things like CV writing, identifying job opportunities, how to reach out to employers and more.
- Carry out job search reviews to ensure that learners are achieving set goals and have all the support required to successfully obtain a cyber job.
- Build bespoke career plans to meet the requirements of each learner.
- Seek out and signpost Careers information to help learners meet their goals.
- Deliver the CAPSLOCK careers curriculum in our virtual classroom.
- Respond to learner support requests.
- Account manage CAPSLOCK’s employer partners and identify relevant learners who could fulfill their specific hiring needs.
- Carry out business development activities to Identify new employment partnership opportunities within the Cyber Security marketplace
- Work with careers teams to create hiring forecasts within designated employer partner accounts
- Be an active presence on social media to promote the CAPSLOCK brand
- Maintain relationships with CAPSLOCK Alumni and ensure they have the opportunity to progress in their careers
- Work with the Head of Outcomes to ensure that employment outcomes are achieved & maintained
