Data Analyst

Description:

Robert Half is seeking a Data Analyst for a temporary, full-time role with one of their long-standing clients. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the UK. The role is centered on supplier spend data analysis within the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO+) supply chain category, supporting strategic procurement initiatives.

The selected candidate will work on a day-rate contract (up to £240/day depending on experience), contributing to projects that aim to enhance cost-efficiency and data categorization across the organization’s procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, cleanse, and re-categorize supplier spend data across key procurement areas.

• Identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization and process efficiency.

• Support strategic initiatives in the MRO+ supply chain category.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, operations, and finance departments.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven expertise in data analytics, particularly in procurement or supply chain.

• Open to candidates from manufacturing or construction backgrounds as well.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

• Must be immediately available or able to start on short notice.
