🚀 Hiring Now: Data Analyst – London (6+ months, extendable)
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a dynamic data remediation team working on a heavily customised Salesforce implementation.
What you’ll do:
• Simplify and optimise complex data models
• Collaborate with Business Analysts & Architects to align business needs with target data models
• Reverse-engineer Salesforce objects/fields, identify duplication & complexities
• Define target data models, perform gap analysis, and assess business impact
• Establish data lineage, dictionaries, taxonomies, and master/reference data

Skills we’re looking for:
✔ Proficiency in data modelling (3NF, star/snowflake, Data Vault 2.0)
✔ Experience with tools like erwin, PowerDesigner, Sparx EA
✔ Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills
✔ Experience in data dictionaries, taxonomies, and governance
Desirable:
• Exposure to relational/non-relational data stores, ETL/ELT tools
• Business analysis for data-centric changes
• Data lineage documentation (e.g., Solidatus)
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks (DAMA DMBOK)
• Familiarity with privacy/security-by-design concepts
