Role Overview:

The Enterprise Regional Sales Director, APAC West will lead, coach, and scale the Enterprise Account Executive team in the APAC West region. This role requires building impactful client relationships, driving revenue growth, and implementing metric-driven sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, lead, and coach the Enterprise AE team to meet/exceed revenue goals

  • Implement data- and metrics-driven management strategies for consistent sales performance

  • Develop and execute initiatives to capture key demographics and optimize sales processes

  • Maintain expert knowledge of Semrush products to address client needs and overcome objections

  • Provide guidance, feedback, and growth opportunities for team members

  • Oversee continuous training and enablement for AEs

  • Support Sales Leadership in reporting on revenue goals, forecasts, and performance metrics


Candidate Requirements:

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of APAC local languages preferred/required

  • Working knowledge of SFDC, Salesloft, Excel, Tableau or similar

  • Experience in IT, SaaS, or Digital Marketing

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field

  • Proven track record in sales management and individual contributor roles (8+ years combined)

  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and metric-driven management skills

  • Ability to prioritize and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

  • SaaS or MarTech experience preferred

  • Travel recommended but not required
