You’ll work at the intersection of data, marketing, and technology — helping pharma teams to deliver more personalised, effective, and connected customer experiences through the lens of Data Strategy.
As a Data Strategy Consultant, you’ll be expected to:
- Independently design detailed project approaches based on client needs and problem statements
- Proactively execute the project plan, working closely with Forge DC colleagues and client stakeholders
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for all project-related activity
- Develop high-quality deliverables that meet the client’s objectives — on time and on budget
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires strategic thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to lead from the front.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in consulting/agency roles focused on data strategy. You’ll need a strong grasp of:
- Marketing data and how it powers engagement and measurement
- Customer data: what to collect, how to structure it, and how to activate it
- Marketing performance strategies and how to connect data to outcomes
- Orchestration infrastructure: how data flows across platforms to enable journeys
- Optimization methodology: how to measure, test, and improve what’s working
- How Databases Work — you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be able to hold your own in a technical conversation
- Familiarity with MarTech Platforms:
- Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) (E.g. Salesforce Data Cloud, Treasure Data, Tealium AudienceStream, etc)
- Marketing Automation Tools (E.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign)
- Journey Builder Tools (E.g. Salesforce Journey Builder, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Pega Customer Decision Hub)
- CRM Systems (E.g. Veeva, Salesforce)
