Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automated DeFi trading strategies using Rust, Solidity, or Python

• Integrate your code with Decentralized Apps (DApps) across multiple blockchains

• Collaborate with traders and quantitative analysts to bring real-time strategies to life

• Optimize strategy performance through blockchain-native enhancements like MEV (Miner Extractable Value)

• Write scalable, production-quality code with a deep understanding of blockchain protocols

• Maintain high levels of ownership and accountability over your projects in a fast-paced trading environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Expert-level proficiency in Rust or Solidity

• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and decentralized applications

• Previous experience working at a technical level with DeFi protocols
