Yolk Recruitment Ltd is supporting a rapidly expanding B2B events and media company in hiring a Delegate Relationship Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, organized professional who enjoys engaging with senior decision-makers and managing high-quality industry events. The role is fully remote and suited for individuals who are confident in their communication abilities, highly detail-oriented, and skilled at multi-tasking across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research senior-level supply chain professionals and understand their business challenges and needs.

• Reach out to key stakeholders from major global brands like Nestlé, Mars, and PepsiCo to invite participation in exclusive roundtable events and 1-2-1 meetings.

• Manage communications with delegates for both flagship conferences and small, invite-only events (15–25 attendees).

• Support the full lifecycle of structured networking events, ensuring smooth delivery.

• Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to create promotional and delegate-facing content using Canva and Adobe tools (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop).

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Hubspot CRM.

• Contribute ideas to enhance the delegate experience and event engagement.

• Assist in securing high-profile speakers when necessary.

• Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and project management tools like Asana or Monday.com to streamline workflow and outreach efforts.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in events, delegate management, or B2B relationship roles.

• Excellent communication skills with proven confidence when speaking to senior stakeholders.

• Well-organized with strong attention to detail and capable of handling multiple concurrent projects.

• Comfortable working remotely in a results-driven environment.

• Familiar with using Hubspot CRM, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and creative tools like Canva and Adobe.

• Self-motivated and able to contribute meaningfully to team and event success.
