Description:

Portal, a fast-growing creative agency in the toy and video games industry, is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Driver  to lead its talented creative team. You will oversee marketing campaigns, designs, and video content for a global client base, working closely with the Managing Director to shape and deliver high-quality, industry-leading creative projects. This role combines hands-on design with leadership responsibilities, mentoring the team, and ensuring creative excellence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams, setting creative vision and maintaining high standards

• Turn client briefs into high-impact, insight-driven concepts across digital, design, and video production

• Direct the production of video content, motion graphics, and storyboards

• Deliver standout campaigns for performance-based marketing across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic platforms

• Communicate with clients, presenting creative ideas and managing feedback effectively

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (performance, strategy, production, client teams) to deliver cohesive campaigns

• Mentor and upskill creative team members in design tools and production processes

• Manage multiple projects, balancing quality, creativity, and deadlines

• Innovate and explore new tools, technologies, and creative testing approaches

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years agency experience in a similar creative leadership role

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)

• Hands-on experience creating campaigns, videos, motion graphics, and design assets

• Strong storytelling and concept development skills

• Experience delivering creative solutions for performance marketing campaigns

• Proven ability to mentor and inspire teams
