Bupa Dental Care UK is seeking a Qualified and GDC Registered Dental Nurse to join their dedicated practice team in Hailsham. As a Dental Nurse at Bupa, you will play a vital role in supporting clinical excellence, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and compliance. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive chair-side support to dentists during a range of dental procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain accurate digital patient records.

  • Manage the decontamination and sterilization of instruments and dental equipment.

  • Assist with patient care, preparation, and comfort throughout appointments.

  • Perform limited reception duties, including patient check-ins and administrative support when needed.

  • Uphold high standards of infection control and clinical safety.

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional patient care and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • GDC Registration (General Dental Council) – essential.

  • Experience with Dentally or similar dental practice software – preferred.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.

  • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for patient-focused care.

  • Willingness to support and maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming practice environment.
