Primark is seeking a Department Manager to join their Romford store. This role offers the opportunity to lead a department, manage teams, and contribute to the overall success of a high-performing retail environment. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the management team to support the daily operation of the store.
Take responsibility for at least one department, including stock ordering and merchandising.
Lead and motivate a team of managers to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Ensure a superior level of customer service is delivered.
Oversee the store during shifts in the absence of senior management.
Drive personal and team development through digital learning, apprenticeships, and career pathways.
