In support of the Apollo Programme, we are seeking applications for the role ofDeputy Director of Operations.Applicants must have significant experience in operational roles within the NHS.
As the Deputy Director of Operations, you will provide operational expertise and leadership to the Apollo programme. Principally the posts will support the operational delivery of the Epic implementation, and will advocate for digitally-enabled care delivery, whilst supporting colleagues during the implementation and beyond.
The post holders will have responsibility for supporting a large scale and complex portfolio of work that will have pan-organisational impact. They will support the Director of Operations, Chief Clinical Information Officer and Chief Nursing Information Officer in the delivery of digitally enabled changes and widespread adoption of EHR & new technologies.

This role is pivotal to the success of the overall programme and requires exceptional leadership, project management, commercial, time management, facilitation and organisational skills.
Success in the role will require the post holder to develop credibility within the Trust and influence and affect change at executive, clinical, and senior administrative levels.
You will be required to act as an ambassador for the Trust, in situations which may be sensitive and political. Importantly we are looking for people who are passionate about effective operational delivery and motivated by the desire to optimise productivity and nurture success from inception to completion.
