Deputy It Support Manager

Our Trust currently includes 13 schools, soon to be 17 schools across wider Dorset, and a central resources team. We are looking for a self-motivated, customer focused individual who can enable effective deployment of IT resources to deliver outstanding IT support across our Trust

Acting as a deputy for the IT support manager, great communication and line management skills are equally as important as good technical skills. Our ideal candidate will:

• have line management experience
• have experience of working in a customer service helpdesk environment
• be experienced in providing IT support to a wide range of users
• have experience of Google Workspace
• be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including third parties
• be professional and solution focused
