You'll play a key role in leading the team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing peak-capacity trading periods, and ensuring the venue operates safely and smoothly every night.

What We're Looking For:

Proven management experience in a high-volume late-night bar or hospitality venue

Strong understanding of capacity management, guest flow and door operations

A confident leader who can motivate, coach and develop teams

Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, even during the busiest shifts

Commercial awareness and the ability to drive sales and profitability

Ambition to progress into a General Manager role within Stonegate Group
