Deputy Manager

Description:

We are recruiting a motivated and committed Deputy Manager to join an established, growing organisation operating a specialist solo children's home in Tottenham.
The home provides therapeutic care and support to children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and complex needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills, make a real difference and work towards becoming a Registered Manager.
💷 THE PACKAGE & BENEFITS
£15.50–£18 per hour.
Salary package of up to £45,000 OTE, including on-call payments.
Additional overtime and enhanced sleep-in payments.
Structured working pattern: 3 admin days (9am–5pm) and 2 operational shifts (12.5 hours).
On-call responsibility approximately one week per month.
Ongoing training and professional development.

🎯 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Recent experience as a Children's Home Deputy Manager or Senior Residential Support Worker.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification preferred.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
A flexible, hands-on approach and genuine passion for improving children's lives.
