Suffolk Mind is seeking a Design and Content Co-ordinator to play a key role in amplifying its mental health mission through innovative design, engaging content creation, and dynamic marketing support. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with travel required across Suffolk, making it ideal for creative professionals who value flexibility and purpose in their work.

The Co-ordinator will be responsible for creating compelling visual and written content that supports Suffolk Mind’s campaigns, outreach, and services. From digital graphics and printed materials to video production and website management, the role demands a versatile designer who can bring brand consistency and visual impact across all platforms. You will also manage content updates on WordPress, contribute to social media strategy, and support training and awareness initiatives under the Mental Health Toolkit program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching marketing materials such as brochures, workbooks, flyers, and presentations

• Ensure consistent visual identity across Suffolk Mind and Mental Health Toolkit assets

• Manage content updates and design on the organization’s WordPress websites

• Coordinate and execute video and animation content

• Create and schedule social media content to drive engagement

• Lead creative initiatives to enhance brand visibility and public awareness

• Travel to locations throughout Suffolk for content gathering and event support

Contract Details:

• Fixed-term contract until December 2026

• Full-time preferred (37 hours/week) – part-time applicants also considered

• Hybrid working model with travel requirements
