Design Engineer

Description:

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into a project drawing format. While it is not essential that you have had previous experience within this sector before, you must have some knowledge in construction or the utilities sector. Training on our systems and the company will be provided.

Responsibilities will include –

• Liaise with our clients to understand the requirements and constraints on their projects.
• Complete design work in accordance with Client requirements and GTC/DNO/Industry standards.
• Attend meetings with Clients, Network Operators, and other companies as required.
• Ensure compliance with NRSWA procedures.
• Liaise with other departments and companies across the BUUK group to ensure the safe and efficient construction of projects.
• Any other duties as required by the manager.
