Description:

The Fix Creative Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a specialist corporate and financial brand design agency based near Basingstoke. This 12-month maternity cover role starts in July and requires working 3 days per week on-site in their recently renovated office close to Basingstoke station.

The agency delivers brand strategies and communications across digital and print for UK and global clients, specializing in brand development, creative design, strategic messaging, investor relations materials, ESG & Impact reports, and digital media including website design and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and artwork production including brand identities, presentations, reports, and website design.

• Typesetting tasks, which are a crucial part of the role.

• Collaborate on digital and print marketing collateral with a strong creative approach.

• Work on digital projects involving website design and potentially social media/email marketing.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Creative Artworker or Designer.

• Designers must be willing to undertake typesetting work.

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is essential.

• Experience with Figma and Microsoft Office is a plus.

• Ability to work 2–3 days in the office weekly, with flexible scheduling.
