As an IT Supporter, you will work with the team to provide an exceptional and varied IT service across our Academic and Professional Service areas, provide digital solutions within a changing business and technical environment, and will be a key part in the delivery of the IT support needs in this world-leading research and teaching focused University.

You will be part of a wider team of 30+ front-line specialists supporting the administrative, teaching and research activities of the University. A typical day may see you helping administrative staff with office tasks, meeting with Researchers to discuss specialist solutions for their projects, or installing software for a practical teaching laboratory class, across a wide range of hardware and operating systems.

No two days are the same, as every single day brings its own new challenges and opportunities to learn and explore new technologies.

These roles are offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) until 15th December 2023.
