Canopus IT Solutions is looking for skilled and motivated IT Support / Desktop Support Engineers to join our growing team!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1st & 2nd level IT support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
• Support Windows, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
• Install, configure & maintain desktops, laptops and peripherals
• Manage user accounts, permissions & access
• Log, track and resolve incidents through ticketing systems
• Deliver excellent customer service and user support

🎯 Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT Support / Desktop Support
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
• Good understanding of networking concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• UK Right to Work is required
